Jennifer Anderson is a speaker, leader and mentor. Her 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, immersed her in study of the American workforce and the American Dream, taking her on a journey of self-discovery and life changes.

Her mission is to inspire others by sharing her experience and stories that took her from a marble counter-top installer to vice president of marketing and a transforming moment that turned the emptiness of unrelenting pursuit of success to the joy that can be found on the journey.

Anderson spent most of her career working for an international franchised staffing company with more than 800 locations and $3.5 billion in sales. In the final phase she led a team of thirty as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the international headquarters.

Earlier in her career she owned a full-service event planning business and worked for two major newspapers. She holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

She is a Certified Meeting Professional, a John Maxwell Certified Team Member, and completed Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership and Covey, Four Disciplines of Execution Training.

Her awards include: Journal Record Woman of the Year Nominee, Meeting Professionals International Global Paragon Award, Oklahoma City Metro 40 Under 40 and Rotary President’s Service Award and more than 100 advertising and marketing awards.

Jennifer has been married to Larry Anderson 32 years and enjoys traveling, hiking and music and enjoys giving as much time as possible to ministry projects and groups at church.
